Refund Policy Guidelines

1. The cost of your ticket and any associated costs are not refundable if you are flying within 24 hours.
2. Your flight ticket fee may or may not be refunded if you booked within 10 days of your refund request and the flight is not within 24 hours. Our service charge, however, is never refundable.
3. Only when the following requirements are fulfilled can refunds be given:
   1. You called directly to request a cancellation and refund. Cancellation and refund requests via email are not accepted.
   2. Refunds and cancellations are permitted under the airline's fare policies.
   3. Your record is not a "no-show." Refunds are not available for the majority of "no-show" reservations.
4. The strictest fare regulations will be in effect for itineraries that have more than one base fare or route. Before making a reservation, review the airline's rules.
5. If you purchased a round-way ticket, the return trip can be canceled if you "no-show" for the outbound flight.
6. We are unable to provide a precise turnaround time for refunds. Airlines and providers are consulted while handling refunds.
7. An email receipt will be given as soon as you confirm cancelation with our customer support agent. This just ensures that your request is received and tracked, not that you will receive your money back.
8. In order to secure a waiver, we will work with the airline or provider and notify you as soon as a decision is made.
9. Timelines for refunds differ by provider. The credit may not show up in your account for 60 to 90 days. Extra information:
   • Retailers have the right to subtract penalties and charge a processing fee for refunds.
   • Depending on the passenger and ticket, we could impose a post-ticketing service fee.
10. Only if the supplier authorizes a refund will these charges be incurred. We will waive our post-ticketing service fees but not our initial booking fees if the refund is rejected.
